A little about me.
I'm interested in building products that help people be happier.

For the past 6+ years I've helped all sorts of companies, from startups to large enterprises. I've helped early stage companies shape their product into something actual people enjoy using. I've also worked with large organisations on big legacy projects, as well as forging something new with quick, early validation.

Fully embracing my early mid-life crisis.

How I like to work

I value collaboration and am at my best when I'm part of a team.

I adapt depending on the company, problem, budget and time frame.

I believe good design isn't about trends. It's built on top of principles and tradeoffs.

Problem solver

I love visuals, but what drives me is solving problems for real people.

Lead from the back

I'm no "rockstar designer". I make sure everyone is brought on the journey.

I consider customer needs, technical constraints and business goals.

I encourage short feedback loops whilst constantly improving and adapting.

I communicate clearly and share frequently, ensuring the team understands my rationale.

A few of my interests

Either brewing my own or tracking down a new cool cafe to check out.

I'm a mega film geek and also shoot my own short films.

Whenever I visit new places I'm always thinking about where I can run.

A new passion and so far I've visited Whistler and Zell am See.

Before design, I was a photographer capturing musicians, events and portraiture.

I tend to read self-improvement and motivational books to help push my thinking.

Having played for Kent as a teenage I've recently fallen back in love.

I adore exploring new barbeque places and hope one day to make it to Texas.
